Today I offer three types of coaching to help others achieve the same kind of personal and professional satisfaction that I am experiencing:
1) Executive Coaching: Leadership coaching for senior managers
2) Individual Coaching: Personal coaching for individuals
3) Project Leadership Coaching: Professional coaching for project managers
My coaching approach is authentic, deep and client-centered. I make use of active listening and questioning skills to enable you to explore issues and identify the way forward. I will engage you in direct and personal conversations and keep all information strictly confidential.

Rokus is comfortable working in broad range of sectors ranging from business services, to healthcare and local goverment. Rokus is married, has two children and lives in Amsterdam.
When working on development objectives, he uses various methods depending on the specific needs and personal goals.
Technical approach: The logic in processes and interactions within organisations is made clear and comprehensible, using different theories and models. Insights strengthen the ability and reportoire to exert influence and obtain desired results.
Behavioural approach: this approach is geared towards ‘doing’ rather than ‘thinking’. This manifests itself in the programme in the form of (practical) assignments, exercises and possibly role-play.
Cognitive approach: Behaviour and emotions are largely determined by ones personal collection of ideas, opinions, beliefs, values and standards. These are generally functional, but they can also get in the way (of development) at times. This approach will provide insight into the underlying beliefs and enables us to eliminate any ‘limiting beliefs’.
Creative expression: in some instances, a rational approach to an issue does not provide new insights or opportunities. Experience has shown that creative working practices can boost rapid, unexpected and valuable insights or results.
Self-awareness and meaning: as soon as a client is aware of his or her own drives, beliefs, values, and personal qualities and limitations, he or she will also be able to deploy and value talents and qualities in a more focused way. This usually results in better performance and enjoyment at work.
We encourage transfer of personal insights to performance in daily work by specific assignments in between sessions. In this way, coaching and development is not an activity on the side, but delivers a direct contribution to results and effectiveness on the job.

You will find me a deeply involved enthusiast of your process. Through a mix of live calls and e-coaching, we connect and keep the momentum of transformation every few days.
