Customer Relations Officer

UNLOQ is a fast-growing company specialised in ‘innovative people development’ with an emphasis on online coaching and development of people and organizations. We provide (online) coaching, (online) training and leadership programs. We have done this for over 10 years in a unique way, namely online and based on our own method and approach. We have written books about this and built a platform (UNLOQ Campus) for it. Our innovative approach has led us to work with global clients and to coach and train people in over 137 countries and in more than 30 languages. 

We believe in the network economy and work a lot with international professionals and strategic partners. To further stimulate our growth, we are looking for a pro-active, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and, hands-on professional to join our team as a Customer Relations Officer. This role is vital to supporting our external customer relations team and ensuring seamless internal operations. Your role: a bridge to excellence 

As a Customer Relations Officer, you will serve as the critical link between our external customer relations team and internal operations. Your contributions will ensure that our processes run smoothly, proposals are impactful, and customer relationships remain strong. Here is what you will do: 

Proposal Management

  • Independently draft high-quality, compelling proposals for customers
  • Collaborate with account directors to refine and finalize proposals
  • Leverage your experience in proposal writing to create effective customer presentations

Customer Relationship Management System

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the salesforce customer relationship management system
  • Ensure all interactions, proposals, and engagements are fully documented

Customer Engagement and Administrative Support

  • Partner with account directors to enhance customer engagement strategies 
  • Organize and prepare for customer meetings, events, and presentations
  • Coordinate internal communications related to customer projects
  • Assist in scheduling and managing logistics for customer-related activities 

Reporting and Data Analysis

  • Generate regular reports on engagement metrics and the success rates of proposals 
  • Analyse trends and identify opportunities to improve customer relations

  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

What you bring: 

  • A minimum of three years of experience in customer relations or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English verbal and written (both essential for success) 
  • Expertise in customer relationship management systems, preferably Salesforce 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 
  • Proven experience in proposal writing is considered a significant advantage
