In an Action Learning Set diverse people work together, share ideas and challenge perceptions in a trusting setting. The conversations can focus on specific topics like leadership development or Diversity, Equity and Inclusion or on real life cases and dilemma’s leaders and L&D professionals face in their work. 

The Action Learning Sets can be stand-alone online or face-to-face sessions to stimulate learning and reflection in organizations or they can be embedded in one of our L&D programmes.

Action Learning Set on Online guidance

We also organise specific e-Coaching and e-Guidance Action Learning Sets based on our UNLOQ methodology in which e-guidance professionals can share their blended coaching or guidance trajectories with fellow professionals. These sessions are facilitated by a Level III e-coach, to create an opportunity to revisit and ask questions about the UNLOQ-methodology. Please use the information request form below.

Masterclass e-Coaching – Refresher
