UNLOQ is a fast-growing company specialized in ‘innovative people development’ with an emphasis on online coaching and development of people and organizations. We provide blended (online & offline) development solutions like coaching, training, and leadership programs. We have done this for over 10 years based on our own method and approach. We have written several books, built an inhouse coaching and analytics platform (UNLOQ Campus) for it and work with a global community of L&D professionals. The position

The Office Project manager is a pivot in the net. Your position consists of three parts:

  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, onboarding new (international) employees/associates and quality assurance activities (40%).
  • Supporting the Academy team with coordination and organizing of (internal) community activities, master classes, exams, and certifications (50%).
  • Supporting the UNLOQ Campus team with licensing quotations, first point of contact and user support (10%).

Core tasks and key result areas

Supporting our clients and the L&D Lead Consultants, Coaches and Trainers on diverse tasks for example:

  • First point of contact at the HQ office
  • Coordination and organizing onboarding new employees/associates
  • Implementation and monitoring of ISO-related quality assurance activities
  • Take (formal) committee minutes, arrange meetings and conferences including preparing relevant communications
  • Organizing the (annual) team retreats/offsites of UNLOQ
  • Coordination and organizing of community activities, master classes, exams, and certifications
  • Maintaining the International eCoach & eCounsellor Register
  • User and sales support for UNLOQ Campus online platform
  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting data in Excel files
  • Creating and presenting reports in PowerPoint and Word
  • Monitoring and reporting of financial accounting activities
  • Support our Consultants, Coaches and Trainers in a flexible and responsive way

Your profile

  • Driven, proactive, pragmatic, responsive, flexible, independent, accurate and fast
  • Representative, friendly, and strong communicator, also in writing 
  • Customer centric, team player, result / task oriented, representative, and discrete
  • Can think in creative and original ways and be resourceful
  • Higher education or equivalent ability 
  • 2 to 5 years of work experience in a coordinating role

Your skills

  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language (verbal and written)
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Accuracy and a keen eye for detail, especially in texts and layout
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Quick understanding of different IT tools like Basecamp, Acuity, Slack etc.
